Fieldmark Magnetics is an industrial magnet sourcing project operated by E. von Mayer in the United Kingdom.

When you contact us

We collect the details you enter: your name, email, optional company and phone number, product interest and requirement. We use them to respond, discuss sourcing and keep a record of your enquiry. The form asks for your agreement to this contact. We do not add you to a general marketing list.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database using ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to the enquiry dashboard is restricted to the operator. We retain enquiries while responding and developing the requirement, and normally delete inactive enquiries after 12 months unless a continuing relationship or a legal record-keeping requirement justifies longer retention. Deletion is handled by the operator, rather than an automatic timer.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw agreement to further contact, through our contact form. Please mention that your request concerns your personal information. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Technical information

The site uses a short-lived, changing hash derived from a connection address to limit form abuse. It does not store the raw address in the enquiry database. Hosting providers may keep operational logs under their own policies. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to deliver them. Owner sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication.

Product status

The catalogue separates standard sizes from custom magnets made to order. Standard products are currently out of stock. Listed dimensions are nominal catalogue details, subject to drawing and specification confirmation. Custom requirements are reviewed before we confirm whether we can supply them. Illustrations are generic representations, not supplier photographs or confirmed product specifications. We confirm suitability, availability, price, delivery and terms before accepting any future order. Submitting an enquiry places no order and takes no payment.
